EXP1:

Solving: 6(N+4)+2N=8(N+3)

Solution:

8(N+3)=8⋅N+8⋅3=8N+24

2(N+4)+6N=8(N+3)

8N+24=8N+24,

which is an identity and has the set of all real numbers as its solution set.

Solve the following equation for x

(6x/4)+7=18+x

Solution:

x=22
